Crafted with an inner surface fortified by a wear-resistant welding rod imported directly from Japan, the S-tube boasts a robust coating surpassing 25 wires on one side, ensuring unparalleled wear resistance and durability. The spline shaft, made from premium 38crmol, is engineered for exceptional hardness, guaranteeing a remarkable conveying volume exceeding 100,000 cubic meters. Its principal function lies in connecting the boom pipeline of the pump truck with the concrete conveying cylinder, enabling continuous pumping of concrete. During operation, the swing cylinder positioned behind the hopper commands the left and right swing of the S pipe, thereby achieving synchronization with the operation of the conveying cylinder.
During pumping operations, the inlet of the S pipe seamlessly connects to the outlet of the conveying cylinder at the discharge end; When the pump is reversed, the inlet of the S pipe realigns with the outlet at the suction end. This process is fully automated under normal conditions.
