Rollers are meticulously classified based on their specific purposes: self-aligning rollers, buffering rollers, groove rollers, and parallel rollers. Self-aligning rollers, including rotary groove and parallel types, correct belt deviations and are strategically installed on heavy-duty and unloaded sections. Buffer rollers, placed at the tail frame, minimize material impact and prolong the belt's service life.
