Wear resistant plate is steel, mainly composed of low-carbon steel plate and alloy. The alloy wear-resistant layer inside usually accounts for one-third to half of the thickness of the entire plate. The purpose of wear-resistant plate:

5. Mining machinery: lining plates and blades for ore and stone crushers, lining plates and baffles for conveyors. This type of component requires high wear resistance and can be made of wear-resistant steel plates with a thickness of 10-30mm, such as NM450/NM500.
6. Construction machinery: cement pusher toothed plate, concrete mixing plant, mixer lining plate, dust collector lining plate, brick making machine mold plate. Use wear-resistant steel plates made of NM360/NM400 with a thickness of 10-30mm.
7. Construction machinery: loaders, bulldozers, excavator bucket plates, side blade plates, bucket bottom plates, blades, rotary drilling rig drill rods. This type of machinery requires particularly strong and wear-resistant steel plates, which can be made of NM500 high-strength wear-resistant steel plates with a thickness of 20-60mm.
