Kawasaki K7V63S-11DL-5E1L-V Plunger Hydraulic Pump for Concrete Applications
Scope of Use: Specifically designed for Liugong 150 and Xu150 excavators, as well as pump trucks.
The plunger pump is a pivotal component in hydraulic systems, primarily serving to convert external mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. This transformation is achieved through the prime mover, which increases pressure and transmits this energy in the form of pressure or flow rate to the hydraulic system. Renowned for their high rated pressure, compact structure, superior efficiency, and ease of flow regulation, plunger pumps are indispensable in high-pressure, high-flow, and regulated-flow applications. They find extensive applications in hydraulic presses, construction machinery, and maritime vessels. Beyond these, plunger pumps are adept at transporting high-pressure liquids and are equally proficient in handling fluids such as pharmaceuticals and chemical reagents.
Structural composition of plunger pump:
1. A volumetric rotary piston displacement valve consisting of two single end plungers and one double end axial plunger. The valve has two inlet ports and two outlet ports. The inlet is a one-way valve and the outlet is a two-way valve. The inlet is equipped with a throttling speed regulating spring to enable the spindle to operate freely within the full load range.
2. It mainly consists of a sealing sleeve and a sliding shoe component The sealing sleeve is made of metal and has excellent wear and corrosion resistance There are three circular rings with diameters of 0.75mm, 0.35mm, and 0.1mm on the sealing sleeve for installing three different seals (rubber O-ring, elastic polyurethane rubber).
3. The sliding shoe components are installed at both ends of the main shaft and rotate together with the main shaft (operated by the handwheel)
