Our meticulous honing guarantees that the inner hole roundness is tightly controlled within an impressive 0.03mm, achieving a remarkable roughness of R0.01. This precision results in a mirror-like finish on the inner hole. Utilizing the cutting-edge Hc3mS chrome plating technology from Anmet, we ensure a uniform and reliable coating with a precision thickness of 0.01, delivering durability and a gleaming finish.
We employ a superior paint process starting with an anti-rust primer followed by a topcoat, culminating in a robust paint film thickness of 80um ± 10.
