Crafted with an inner surface reinforced by a wear-resistant welding rod imported directly from Japan, the S-tube features a robust coating exceeding 25 wires on one side, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and durability. The spline shaft, made from superior 38crmol, is designed for high hardness, guaranteeing a remarkable conveying volume of over 100,000 cubic meters. Experience reliability and longevity with every use.The S-pipe is the most important component of the concrete pump truck distribution system. Its main function is to connect the boom pipeline of the pump truck with the concrete conveying cylinder, achieving continuous pumping of concrete. When working, the swing cylinder located behind the hopper will control the left and right swing of the S pipe, thereby achieving synchronization with the operation of the conveying cylinder.
When pumping, the inlet of the S pipe will be connected to the outlet of the conveying cylinder at the discharge end; When reversing the pump, the inlet of the S pipe will be connected to the outlet of the conveying cylinder at the suction end. In normal operation, this process is fully automated. At the same time, a cutting ring will be installed at the feeding port of the S tube to provide protection for the S tube, and the internal rubber spring can also serve as a buffer.
