To ensure the longevity and efficiency of this essential component, we employ advanced secondary mixing technology. Here, aggregates patiently reside in the silo until the powder is adeptly merged with water, at which point the aggregates are introduced. The dual-shaft design within the mixer, replete with mixing arms and blades, can otherwise suffer from substantial impact if aggregates are immediately incorporated. This can result in accelerated wear and tear on the blades, significantly reducing the operational lifespan of the mixer. Our meticulous approach ensures minimized non-working wear, thus preserving the durability and service life of the concrete mixer.

Intermediate silos are an integral component of large-scale concrete mixing plants, primarily due to the fact that the pace of aggregate batching often surpasses that of powder and water batching. While smaller plants may utilize a hopper elevator lacking intermediate bins, they allow aggregates to wait directly in the hopper.
